As an accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, and a member of the Arizona Business Advisors, Al Anderman, Executive Advisor of Trusted Advisor LLC, is affiliated with a broad spectrum of certified business consultants and expertise.
The business services, primarily provided through the Business Support Program and a network of Associates, are made affordable to businesses via retainer based consulting. This spreads the cost of professional level support over multiple clients. Additional project-based consulting is available when called for.

• Managed multi million $ project to upgrade IT infrastructure of Pacific Army bases;
• Led implementation of the technology required for the new Nevada Cancer Institute $60 Million
ambulatory facility for cancer research, patient treatment, and clinical trials after restructuring
services contract to fit needs.
• President of American division of a group of software engineering consultancies headquartered in
Paris. Provided management, marketing, and training for quality and productivity improvements.
• Led recovery of largest off premises ATM rollout project in history of industry (3000 in 150 days).
Created exception management tool to coordinate the nine venders required for each site.
• Renegotiated and implemented a $5 million travel agent application development; reorganized
previously failed recovery effort into a customer involved engagement. Met performance,
payment milestones and achieved customer satisfaction
• Recovered a high risk 400 customer live country wide (Switzerland) network cutover for a relocated
(from outsourced to inhouse) financial market information service.
• Led startup of a 10,000 desktop system staging and replacement project. Designed, wrote and
negotiated Statement of Work (SOW) to manage high risk. SOW became a model for training and
customer engagements
• Launched European sector of a private networked foreign exchange market trading and settlement
system installed in 200 major worldwide banks.
Team Building, mentoring, training and motivation
• Negotiated for 5 team members to receive record $35,000 bonus for on time completion of 20 cost
reduction projects for First Security Bank mortgage division; resulted in promotion of my mentored
Deputy PM to take over leadership of the team
• Built the Transition Management Team (88) for the Saudi Arabia Riyad Bank. Set up
implementation of the $5 Million requirements document for re-engineering the $13 Billion bank
from 176 independently run branches to centralized operations.
Contracting & Negotiation
• Redefined and renegotiated partner subcontract improving project margin by 15 points.
• Wrote and negotiated complex customer and partner (vendor) contracts and supported transition
management activities in UK, Australia, US and Germany for a billion dollar multi country client.
